I don't think anyone should be allowed to dive cabs. I mean, doesn't that pollute the water? Not to mention waste good cars?

When Sanjeev Bhaskar was on Top Gear, he and Jeremy Clarkson got talking about how scary driving in India is, and Clarkson told a story about talking to some guy he met in India:
"If it's my day to die, it's my day to die, so I'll go on the wrong side of the road."

"But what about the bloke you hit?"
